it Preserved English Electric Type 3 No. 6940 stands at Llangollen on Saturday 31st July 2010. The railway held a 60's themed event and No. 6940 was the star turn making a welcome return to service after 6 months following repairs and the return of round buffers and buffer cowls giving it an as built look.
