45106 languishes around the back of Tinsley Depot on the 26th of March 1989. Repainted green in 1988 for use as BRs celebrity locomotive it was retired on February 20th after sustaining fire damage on the 07.12 Derby to St Pancras services before going to Booth's Rotherham for scrapping.
