IC2258, the 14:46 from Frankfurt Am Main Hbf to Saarbrucken, is one of a number of additional IC services which can be found within Germany on summer Fridays. They sometimes provide the oppurtunity for some rare loco haulage, as demonstrated by 1964 vintage 115293 which worked the train throughout.
