On a rather overcast February morning, an unidentified 'Freightliner' Class 66 toils along the 'Up Branch' at Hallen while working 6A39, 12:22 Avonmouth West Warf-Stoke Gifford coal working. The working has just crossed the M5 Motorway on the once single line. The second line, known as the 'Down Branch' was brought into use during the early 1990's. The murky waters of the Severn estuary are seen in the distance on 28th February 2013.
