Class 47/7 No. 47714 at East Suffolk Jct at Ipswich on 12th July 2002 on the 12:00 Liverpool Street - Norwich with 86246 dead on the rear. New as D1955 on 29th November 1966 to LMWL and under TOPS became 47511 in March 1974 being converted to 47714 on 6th March 1985. The duff was withdrawn on 21st August 1996 then sold to Cotswold Rail in December 2001 and hired to Anglia Railways as a Thunderbird from 8th June 2002. The 47 is now at Bombardier Transportation, Old Dalby and owned by Harry Needle.
