Sunderland tram No. 16 enters the main street of the Town at Beamish Museum, County Durham on 22nd August 2004. This vehicle was originally open topped when built in 1900 and the top deck was covered in after WW1. it was withdrawn from service in 1953, restored at Beamish and entered service in 2003.
