Blackpool Transport Ltd's Balloon tramcar No. 723 is seen on the approach to Manchester Square, Blackpool, with a Fleetwood - Blackpool Pleasure Beach service on 2nd May 2016. 723 has just been refurbished and was newly introduced into service over the bank holiday weekend.
