General Motors locomotive 217 hauls the RPSI owned Cravens carriages past Bayside on the Howth branch on March 25 2012 as part of the 'Spare Link' tour. Steam loco 461 had earlier brought the train from Dublin Connolly to Howth. This was the first time a 201 class loco had operated a train on the Howth branch.
