During the past six weeks the Severn tunnel has been closed in order for OHLE to be installed in the tunnel in connection with the GWML electrification programme requiring many diversions to be put in place. Here at Gatcombe, the diverted 12:28 Swansea-Paddington HST service passes by with HST power car No. 43154 at the helm. Bringing up the rear is sister power car No. 43 172 'Harry Patch' on 20th October 2016.
