In biting winds a blizzard and with the temperature well below freezing Stadler built Bhe4/6 No. 3083 waits at Gornergrat Summit Station, Swithzerland on 11th November 2016 ready to work the 13:31 service back to Zermatt. The 4 members of this class are the newest units on the Gornergratbahn being constructed in 2006 weighing 51 tonnes and seating 120 passengers. Of interest in this photo No. 3083 is on Platform 1 at the Summit Station, Platform 2 and associated trackwork being completely covered in snow to the right of the unit. Also it will be seen that there are only entrance / exit doors on one side of the vehicle. The deep windows in both cars providing storage space for sking equipment etc, and the doors directly opposite them giving the only access to the unit for passengers.
