In unbranded Inter City livery with very small running number under the left hand drivers cabside Class 86/4 No. 86415 'Rotary International' stands in Crewe Station at the London end of Platform 5 on 28th March 1989. Originally delivered as AL6 No. E3123 she would later become Class 86/6 No. 86615 before being withdrawn in April 2005 and scrapped by Ron Hull Jnr at their Rotherham Yard during July 2007.
