Bridge 99 on the Kennett & Avon canal is not yet open as a public facility but this shot (taken with permission) indicates its value for railway photography. GBRf Class 66/7 No. 66725, with its 'Sunderland' footballer nameplate just visible at the 'wrong' end of the loco, is climbing powerfully towards Savernake summit with the empties for the Whatley Quarry to Wellingborough stone train later in the day on 18th July 2017.
