With the paint barely dry Class 56 No. 56023, in Railfreight two-tone grey livery with Trainload Coal markings, stands in BREL Doncaster Works yard on 5th June 1988 following what would turn out to be her final overhaul. Built by Electroputere in Craiova No. 56023 had arrived at Harwich Docks on delivery from Romania in April 1977 and was placed into store at Toton TMD in June 1993. Eventually sold in September 2001 she moved to a private site in Ashchurch before her final move to C F Booth's Yard in Rotherham, Yorkshire where was scrapped in August 2004.
