The scene at Swanage on the afternoon of 5th October 2017. In the main platform is Class 33 No. 33207 'Jim Martin' with the stock of 'The Cathedrals Express' which had earlier arrived from West Brompton. Over the pit is Battle of Britain Class Pacific No. 34072 '257 Squadron' which has recently emerged from Herston Works after overhaul, but has not yet entered service. In the bay platform is U Class Mogul No. 31806 which should have departed with the 15:20 to Norden, but now has a 'not to be moved' sign on it. This followed a shunting incident which meant that the last two trains of the day to Norden were cancelled.
