Class 87 No. 87002 "Royal Sovereign", in Caledonian Sleeper livery, is pictured stabled in the bay platform at Crewe on 7th October 2017 after being detached from a London Euston to Glasgow Central charter, which it had worked to Crewe, from where Class 50s Nos. 50007 and 50049 took over for the remainder of the journey to scotland.
