Having departed from Norwich at 08.18, the 'York Yuletide Express' finally arrived into York at 15.25, some 132 mins late, hauled by class A4 No. 60009 'Union of South Africa', seen here passing Copmanthorpe. The delay was principally due to the failure of a Hull Trains service north of Peterborough.
