Built by Ansaldo Bredo at the beginning of the 1990s the FS Class ALe642 EMUs used by Trenitalia are not kept in a fixed formation and the units are made up of 3 different types of coaches. Leading this formation, stabled at Lucca Station, Italy on 29th April 2018, is ALe 642 motor vehicle No. 642.045. The centre vehicle is Le 764 Class trailer No. 764.125, while bringing up the rear is heavily graffitied Le 682 Class driving trailer No. 682.002.
