An unidentified HST125 set is just through Hungerford with a Penzance-Paddington service on 22nd October 2018 and is entering the 50mph slack for the recently replaced under-bridge on the Common. To the left is the pile of scrap track panels salvaged when the remaining goods line was lifted to provide access for the bridgework. Just distinguishable is the traditional buffer stop, the red face of which was a feature of shots of 'down' trains entering the section, before being whisked away to eternity.
