Class 47/4 No. 47606 'Odin', the first Class 47 to be named (March 1965) and seen in the original InterCity livery, arrives at Birmingham International on 1st July 1989 with a Glasgow to Eastbourne service. No. 47606 became No. 47842 and then No. 47778 in December 1993, and was scrapped at Kingsbury in March 2006.
