On the first weekday after the withdrawal of GWR HSTs from the West of England expresses, nine-car IET No. 802103 flashes through a very green Bedwyn on 20th May 2019 with a service to Plymouth. On the same day the 5-car version of the IETs has started to operate the direct services to Paddington from Bedwyn, so now it will be the Class 165/6 turbo DMus which are the relative rarity in passenger stock.
