It is thirty years since the highly successful Class 60 Diesel Electric locomotive was introduced to the UK rail network that has seen them operating throughout the length and breadth of the country. Here at Didcot North junction, 'DB Cargo' Class 60 No. 60024 'Clitheroe Castle' earns its keep while in charge of the 11:45 Oxford Banbury Road-Whatley Quarry empties on a dismal 16th August 2019.
