Red DB Class 66/0 No. 66185 DP WORLD London Gateway is seen approaching Wandsworth Common Station on 7th November 2019, in charge of the 12:11 service from Newhaven Days Aggregates to Acton Yard, incorporating a rake of loaded Fly Ash in KEA box wagons. With Frieghtliner now in full control of the Mendep Aggregate contract from the 1st November this is now the only DB booked working to & from Newhaven. This flow picks up Fly Ash accumulated from Newhaven incinerator, which is then transferred back to the capital via Acton Yard, before being forwarded onto Brentford Days Aggregateâ??s to be used in cement production.
