On the 22nd January 2020, an array of motive power is seen on the west side of Carlisle Citadel Station. To the left, is Colas Rail Freight Class 70 No. 70806 passing through with empty oil tanks from Dalston to Carlisle New Yard. Immediately to the right, DRS Class 37 No. 37059, waits to depart with a Network Rail Test Train to Mossend, while stabled in the adjacent sidings are DRS Class 57 No. 57307 "Lady Penelope", the current Carlisle Thunderbird, and Freightliner Class 90 No. 90047.
