Waterman Railways Class 47 No. 47710 Lady Godiva is seen on display at the Crewe Basford Hall open day on 27th August 1994. The former D1939 had been one of the push pull fitted locomotives for the Edinburgh - Glasgow route, when it was named Sir Walter Scott, before acquisition by the short lived Waterman Railways enterprise. Withdrawal came in December 1999 and scrapping followed in March 2007.
