Northern Class 156 Metro-Cammell 'Super Sprinter' No. 156482 leaves the 1896 Grade II gantry cabin signal box behind as it approaches Hexham station (which opened in 1835 and is one of the oldest railway stations in the world, built to link the lead mines of the North Pennines to the Tyne Docks at Blaydon) working the 09:54 Morpeth to Carlisle service on 14th September 2019.
