On 22nd August 2021, LNER Class B1 4-6-0 No. 61306 Mayflower worked a Steam Dreams excursion from London Paddington to Stratford upon Avon. During the afternoon it was turned on Hatton Triangle. It then worked up to Dorridge to reverse and is seen arrives at in Platform 3. The empty stock was included in the manoeuvre so that the afternoon 'Shakespeare Express' was able to use the same platform at Stratford. WCR Class 47/7 No. 47772 Carnforth TMD was at the other end to assist and lead the train from Dorridge back to Stratford.
