Due to an incident near Ludlow on 13th November 2021, Class 175/1 No. 175102 working the 07:00 Milford Haven to Manchester Piccadilly service and Class 175/0 No. 175003 working the 08.59 Carmarthen to Manchester Piccadilly service, were terminated at Hereford. Both units then combined to work a special 12:58 Hereford to Manchester Piccadilly service.
