Railway Herald has released a free supplement, available to download by everybody, looking at the plans by the Locomotive Conservation & Learning Trust to restore the sole-surviving LNER J21 No. 65033, along with plans for the associated Stainmore Railway site at Kirkby Stephen East.
The 16-page supplement covers the history behind the locomotive, and the current work that was taking place prior to the Coronavirus shut-down, and also reviews the progress made on historic vehicles for its Timeless Trains project and work on restoring Kirkby Stephen East station.
