Periodically, Railway Herald undertakes a reader survey, seeking to help us understand what readers are looking for both from railway news in general and RH specifically.

It is four years, since this was last carried out, and we would appreciate readers taking just a couple of minutes to complete the questionnaire. This is your chance to help shape the future direction of the magazine, and to help us gain an understanding of people's interests and preferences.

The survey (click here to complete) will be live on our website until 4th August, and we would encourage everyone to ask your friends, family and colleagues, along with those contacts on social media, who may have an interest in railways to complete it - you do not have to be a subscriber to take part. It takes just 2-3 minutes to complete.

All answers are anonymous, and there is no personally identifiable information collected. However, if you wish you can leave your email address at the end (entirely optional!) and be entered into a prize draw. Each week, we will draw one email address at random to receive a complimentary six-month subscription, and once the survey has closed, one lucky entrant will be given a complimentary 12-month subscription. The prize draw is open to both subscribers and non-subscribers.

Please help us to ensure as many people as possible take part, so that as a magazine, we obtain the widest possible range of views.
