For more than 150 years it has been possible to have an uninterrupted view of the railway in Sydney Gardens Bath. Now in this crazy world we live in Network Rail are seeking to erect fencing on top of the wall to the right of the train because it is deemed dangerous. One wonders how many accidents there has been in the last 150 years. HST Class 43 No. 43194 head for Paddington on the 11.00 from BristolTM amidst the Autumn colours on 6th October 2009.
