Large Prairie 5100 Class 2-6-2T No. 5199, currently on hire to the Churnet Valley Railway, made its first traversal of the Moorlands and City Railway branch to Cauldon Lowe over the weekend of 26th/27th February 2011 to also become the first known GWR locomotiove to work over the line. On 27th February, No. 5199 storms through Ipstones with the 12:15 Kingsley & Froghall to Cauldon Lowe service with Class 33 No. 33021 at the rear to provide banking assistance.
