Until mid-afternoon of each day of the GCR's Gr8 Escape gala, GWR Small Prairie 2-6-2T No. 5542 was always to be seen pottering about in the company of autocoach no. 178. However, as seen here on the northern approach to Rothley station on Sunday 10th April 2011, it was also allowed a chance to show its mettle with some of the line's freight stock, in this case the PWay set.
