The C1 line from Malaga to Fuengirola, in Southern Spain, links the big city with the airport and many coastal resorts, including Torremolinas and Benelmadena. The new, fast EMUs provide three trains every hour and offer good views of the coast and surrounding countryside. Here, an unidentified EMU approaches the elevated section through Los Boliches into Fuengirola, on 20 April 2012, passing public gardens which contain the ruins of a Roman villa, with the massive silhouette of the black bull of Torreblanca is visible on the hilltop, behind.
