The 11:25 Liverpool Street - Norwich service is led by Class 309 EMU No. 309626 and a sister unit when seen at Kelvedon on 20th June 1987. These days Class 321 EMU substitutions on the GEML from London are frowned upon by customers but the Clacton Coast units were very comfortable.
