Class 90 No. 90047 climbs Belstead Bank (bridge 237) at Ipswich with a Felixstowe - Crewe intermodal service on 26th June 2009. Built at Crewe Works and new to traffic on 27th July 1990 at Crewe Electric, it was renumbered to Class 90/1 No. 90147 on 5th August 1991, and subsequently caught fire on Shap on 18th March 2002, being put into store at Crewe. It was repaired using parts from fire damaged classmate No. 90050 and renumbered back to 90047 in December 2004.
