Over the weekend June 13 & 14 the Great Central Railway held a gala to commemorate 50th anniversary of the closure of Woodford Halse shed. Various locos were renumbered or had a previous history with the shed. On 14th June 2015 LMS Ivatt Class 4 No. 43106 visiting from the Severn Valley Railway, makes a spirited departure from Loughborough operating the 10:00 service to Leicester North.
