For the second time on 21st July 2016 Network Rail NMT, with Class 43 Power Car No. 43014 "The Railway Observer" leading and Classmate No. 43013 trailing, passes Stenson Junction travelling Southbound, this time on the 17:56 Derby RTC to Old Oak Common test train. Earlier the 06:38 Derby RTC to Rugby and return working with the NMT was cancelled after only reaching Lichfield.
