WYMPTE-liveried Class 144 No. 144007 at Wortley shortly after departure from Leeds on 16:39 to Ilkley on 17th July 1989. Above the rear of the train can be seen the remains of the viaduct of the ex GNR Mainline from Leeds Central and the train is passing the spot where the spur from the GNR line joined the Midland Line formation at Wortley Jcn.
