Vietnam Railways Co-Co Diesel Electric loco No. D19E-921 awaits departure from Hanoi with the 20:10 overnight service to Da Nang on 9th November 2016. These locomotives were delivered from 2003 onwards and are a joint construction enterprise between CSR Ziyang (Southern China) and VR's own Gia Lam workshops.
