SECR "Birdcage" Brake Composite No. 1100 at Tenterden on the Kent and East Sussex Railway. This carriage was constructed at Ashford Works in 1910 as part of a three coach set. This set was then sold by the Southern Railway in 1943 to the Longmoor Military Railway. The two "Brakes" were subsequently purchased by the KESR in 1970.
