An unidentified West Coast Railway Company Class 47 powers down hill through Seaton Junction with the returning Exeter St.Davids to London Waterloo 'Cathedrals Express' charter on 5th July 2009. Earlier in the day, SR Bullied Battle of Britain Class Pacific No. 34067 'Tangmere' had brought the tour to Exeter from London Waterloo, running via Salisbury and Yeovil Junction. It would take over haulage of the train from Yeovil Junction on the return run to London.
