Promoted by UK Railtours, 'THE HERD of the WILDERBEEST' tour on 16th July 2016. A most unusual sight on the Yeovil to Exeter line, a twelve coach consist and four locomotives. GB Railfreight Class 73/9s Nos. 73962 'Dick Mabbutt' and No. 73963 'Janice' double head at the front with Class 73/1s Nos. 73107 'Tracy' and No. 73128 'O.V.S.Bullied C.B.E' attached at the rear climb the notorious Honiton Bank. The train is captured here passing Wilmington mid-way up the gradient towards Honiton Tunnel while working to Paignton via Exeter St.Davids. Following early morning technical problems with the train at Eastleigh, the scheduled departure from London Waterloo was not possible due to the late running ECS move to the capital. Consequently the departure point was altered to Basingstoke in an attempt to catch up with the original schedule for the route to Exeter St.Davids.
