Two GWR 'Kings' in steam side by side at Didcot on 23rd April 2011, reportedly the first time in 49 years that such a scene has been possible. 'King' class 4-6-0s No. 6023 'King Edward II' and 6024 'King Edward I' are two of the three survivors of the class. What chance the third classmate, no. 6000 'King George V' being added to the line up at some point in the future?.
