Class 37 No. D6836 (formerly No. 37905) is pictured heading south along the A38 dual carriageway at Burton-on-Trent on Thursday 25th April 2013 shortly after departing from the Nemesis Rail Depot, where it had undergone a repaint into the BR green livery that it carried as outshopped from English Electric's Vulcan Foundry in Newton-le-Willows in 1963. The locomotive, weighing in excess of 100 tons, is securely chained onto the 22-axle trailer of the Allelys Heavy Haulage vehicle at the start of its long journey by road to the Mid Hants Railway.
