On the 14th June 2017, a pair of GBRf locomotives, with Class 92 No. 92032 "I Mech E Railway Division" leading Class 66/7 No. 66729 "Derby County" pass through platform 3 at Carlisle Citadel Station, while hauling; the Wednesdays Only, loaded china clay tanks working from Dollands Moor to Caledonian Paper at Irvine. The Class 92 will be detached in Carlisle New Yard and the train will continue to Irvine over the Glasgow and South Western route hauled by the Class 66/7.
