SR Merchant Navy Class Pacific No. 35018 'British India Line' surges through the New Forest passing Dearleap Inclosure in charge of the Railway Touring Company's Bournemouth Express charter from London Victoria to Bournemouth on 3rd July 2021. On the rear of the train is WCR Class 47 No. 47245 'VE Day 75th Anniversary'. Following arrival at Bournemouth the train will then proceed to Weymouth for the loco to be serviced in readiness for the return run back to Victoria. The train was running 40 minutes behind schedule at this point due to a rail failure on the down line in the Micheldever area resulting in down trains having to run wrong line to near Winchester.
