Built in 1882, one of the oldest surviving Hunslet standard gauge steam locomotives is Hunslet 0-4-0ST No. 299 Hodbarrow No. 5, it was originally built for the Hodbarrow Ironstone Mines of the Millom Hemaite Ore & Iron Company on the Cumbrian Coast until the late 1960s. It is seen on display at Statfold Barn on 10th July 2021, during the Statfold Barn Railways 150 Years (+1) of the Quarry Hunslet weekend event.
