Light engine Class 47 No. 47802 enters Spalding station on 22nd April 2023 having worked from York Parcels Sidings. It is now running ahead of the Great Britain XV Scarborough to Kings Lynn tour train having taken advantage of the Sleaford avoiding line. It will join up with the tour train at Peterborough for the remainder of the journey.
