DRS owned Class 47 numbered No. 47832 'Solway Princess' was recently repainted into a livery of umber and cream (which suits the body of this once ubiquitous class of locomotives) to match the rake of Northern Belle coaches to which it has been dedicated. In this image taken on 7th December 2011, No. 47832 works the return 15.00 hours Fishguard Harbour to Cardiff Central Fine Dining excursion and is seen having just departed from the Harbour and passes the road link to the station and the secure holding area for traffic destined to use the twice daily ferry to Rosslare in the R.O.I.
