Lincoln Station being re-modelled and re-signalled. On 19th July 2008 day 1 of an 8 week shutdown. The signals are still in situ but have signalled their last train. 66087 waits on the up main waiting to receive removed materials, the section of pointwork immediately in front of High Street box has been partially lifted. The majority of those passing are totally oblivious to over a century of railway history being swept away. High Street Box will however be saved as it is a listed building.
